Excellent article, Your translation is very good but I've changed the grammar very slightly to make it read better in English.'One' is fairly unusual in British English these days (although not wrong) so I've used more modern alternatives.

Lidingö exemptions[edit]

I got slightly confused when reading this: "Also, due to the fact that Lidingö has its only access to the mainland through the congestion tax affected area, all traffic to and from Lidingö to and from the rest of the Stockholm County is exempt from the tax, provided that one passes the Ropsten payment station and some other payment station within 30 minutes of each other." But, according to the map there is no payment station in Ropsten! which one was it that you had to pass? /Marxmax 21:00, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

On the map image the Ropsten payment stations are the ones numbered 16, 17, and 18.
I have to agree, the text didn't clearly describe which stations it refers to by the Ropsten payment station if one isn't familiar with the various areas of Stockholm. I have changed the text now a bit. -- TimSE 21:20, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Referendum results[edit]

In the table of results in the "Referendum" section, the total row shows a smaller number of votes cast than that in Stockholm municipality alone. I don't particularly understand how such a thing could be possible, so I'm assuming there's an error... Mlc 20:19, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The reason for this is that the management has been transferred to a differnt authority, Transportstyrelsen, and some fool with no sense for service has added password protection instead of an automatic or textual redirect.

At the site for the new auhtority, http://www.transportstyrelsen.se/sv/Vag/Trangselskatt/ is the main page, and there are a number of sub-pages that may well correspond to the dead vv.se-links. Not sure which ones, though /85.194.44.18 (talk) 18:31, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Other questionnaires apart from referendum?[edit]

In a presentation Jonas Eliasson says and shows in a diagram that before the introduction 70% was against the congestion tax, and by now 70% is pro. Could this data be (checked and) mentioned in the Wikipedia article please? Thanks. http://www.ted.com/talks/jonas_eliasson_how_to_solve_traffic_jams.html Bram 94.109.8.181 (talk) 21:15, 15 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Congestion in Stockholm increased?[edit]

In the Effects section it says "From 2006 to 2011,...congestion in Stockholm increased". I think this statement should reexamined. First, the source states congestion levels from 2006, and if we want to look at the effects of the congestion tax, we should look from 2005. Second, the graph that was added from the report does not show a true upward slope. I'm not sure it is even significant. Third, the report states Stockholm but as far as I know, Stockholm is a huge area that includes the charged area which is a tiny fraction of it. Even if congestion is on the rise outside, does it mean that the congestion charge is eroding? אמופ (talk) 11:22, 3 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
