Why was there no talk page for this? I only just created the talk page now by posting this comment. I thought all articles had talk pages. 63.3.9.1 (talk) 21:46, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Talk pages are used if there is something to discuss about the page. If no talk page was created, then there wasn't anyone who felt the need to use it. You can find more information on talk pages here. Yves (talk) 18:36, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merger Proposal[edit]

Quoted from Wikipedia:Merging, and edited as necessary:

I propose that curb-stomp be merged into stomp. I think that the content in the curb-stomp article can easily be explained in the context of stomping, and the stomp article is of a reasonable size in which the merging of curb-stomp will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. |\\~//| 10:30, 26 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I concur. Froid 08:23, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

Beyond military/forces use... yawwwnnn...[edit]

Stomping actually has more than just one cultural/spiritual/ceremonial use, well before militaries, including but not limited to ;

preventing souls/undead from coming back to terra, additional dissuasion(to come back again) for bastards/children of rape,

a inverse-movement, being somewhat like a lifting/pulling-in movement, to bring those deserving-rather-than-undeserving (more or less),.. back from, the earth, sometimes combined with dance/carried wood, etc.

no references, this is just from memory. someone'd have to find them, sorry.
