Thanks for your contributions. However the information on this page is already being covered on other pages. The specific stopper knot you're discussing here is the Figure-of-eight knot. There's also a general page on stopper knots at Stopper (knot). Whether that page name is ideal is a valid question, but since that page is already established, it would probably be best to focus efforts there. --Dfred 15:32, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
