what about the band??? dawhitfield (not actually currently signed in)

Find verifiable evidence of their existence and notability, and create an article on them.--Drat (Talk) 06:13, 12 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

where can i find a patch for windows xp pro?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.162.37.187 (talkcontribs)

There is no "patch" for XP, as one might have for a Windows 9x game that doesn't like XP. Your best bet would be DOSBox, or a Doom source port that supports Strife. Also, this isn't a help/discussion forum.--Drat (Talk) 09:21, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There is at least one discussed in the article..._> MonstaPro:Talk:Contrib. 11:25, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Spoilers[edit]

The gameplay section contains spoilers. These specific spoilers seem unnecessary to understanding the gameplay. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.247.226.74 (talk) 04:14, 2 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Backing this up. I don't want to spoil myself any further, so I'm not touching the article, but someone needs to edit out those spoilers. The way the gameplay section is written, you'd think the author went out of their way to spoil readers. ChibiKareshi (talk) 09:41, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright status[edit]

Since both Rogue and Velocity are gone, is this game freeware? If not, who holds the copyrights? DanPMK 13:08, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • As far as I know, it is not Freeware. It probably stands along the lines of Abandonware. As for the copyrights, I guess its up in the air, even though iD might have some claim on it since it was created with their engine. _ 174.102.160.125 (talk) 23:05, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Link to GameFAQs[edit]

I have posted (& just saw reverted) a link to Walkthroughs... Why revert? Not encyclopedic? Curious... _> MonstaPro:Talk:Contrib. 11:24, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Link to Download of Game[edit]

I posted the link to Abandonia, because you can download the game legally from that site. Perhaps a direct link would be better? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.7.110.128 (talk) 09:58, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It is not legal to download the game from that site. It is still copyrighted, and abandonware has no legal recognition.--Drat (Talk) 10:34, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reception Section[edit]

I thought it would do the game good. Good reviews from Gamespot, Gamershell, and PC Gamer UK among others. Too bad it didn't recieve as much commercial attention as the critics may have hope for it too. - Clonehunter1 (talk) 20:52, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Setting genre[edit]

I would really like to have the game setting's genre defined as I'm under the impression it is quite unique. I thought maybe steampunk but it certainly hasn't any Victorian elements, just a medieval setting. Cybermedieval maybe? --189.69.23.234 (talk) 01:36, 17 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
