I'm aware of http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kammermusik_(Bruckner), but as far as I can tell, that deals with all of Bruckner's chamber music (though it's not a lot to begin with), so I didn't make the interwiki link. But I think they have enough on the Quintet to branch it off into its own article. James470 (talk) 00:51, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Discography[edit]

There is no section Discography yet. As on other Bruckner's pages I will add some discography, which I will base on the commented discography by Hans Roelofs (String Quintet and Intermezzo) --Réginald alias Meneerke bloem (To reply) 19:23, 8 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

One or two Infoboxes?[edit]

Following the removal of the second Infobox on the "Intermezzo" by Nikkimaria, I have tried to combine the data in one single Infobox. Gerda and I are not very happy with the result. It looks indeed confusing, with so many data different. I am thus intended to restore the former version (with two Infoboxes). --Réginald alias Meneerke bloem (To reply) 15:32, 30 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

And I have undone that. To have two separate infoboxes in a single short article removes most of the claimed advantages of infoboxes. You have also removed several other improvements without explanation, so I have restored those. Nikkimaria (talk) 22:12, 30 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
It seems like this could be solved by a person with a tech background to allow two sets of data or perhaps allow the second infobox to be placed in the section discussing the Intermezzo. The existing infobox should allow info on each movement, just for starters, the Quintet is NOT entirely in the key of F major, and if the Intermezzo is an all-but-separate piece, yet really doesn't suit a stand-alone article (which, for obvious reasons, it does not), info on it should be presented in a basic format. You're right about the key, I've taken that out. The section about the Intermezzo really isn't long enough to support an infobox, and it's not exactly a separate piece but an alternate movement for the "main" piece. Nikkimaria (talk) 01:26, 1 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Max Mustermann[edit]

I have some doubts regarding Max Mustermann being the 2d violist in the Hellmesberger Quartet performance. Max Mustermann is the German equivalent to "John Doe", i.e. a placeholder name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.208.157.35 (talk) 14:43, 9 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
