Cause of death[edit]

This Daily Mail column speculates that the death came after a mega drink and drugs binge. It's far too early to add this speculation, but I thought I'd give anyone watching this page a heads-up. matt (talk) 10:52, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah we can't speculate until it is confirmed. I'm pretty sure it isn't suicide though. This is something of a shock to me, I live in south Wales myself and saw Cable several times in person in Cardiff and in concert.He was a top bloke. Dr. Blofeld ^{White cat} 11:19, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It has now been reported by credible sources that he has been reported to have choked to death on his own vomit after a marathon drinking sesison.
