RfC: Broad concept article[edit]

- No, definitely not merging the articles. Going to make a broad-concept article for general information on financial aid with as much as a universal and worldwide scope as possible. I think that's much more desireable than what we have now (a sad little list of four country-specific articles). It will also encourage the creation of more country-specific articles, through a table or navbox or some such thing we'll figure out later. See WP:DABCONCEPT for more on what I'm talking about.
