I removed the claim, apparently from Bivouac, that Sumas Peak is "locally known as Sumas Mountain". No, Sumas Mountain is the official name of the whole mountain, Sumas Peak only of its summit above Chilliwack; I'll create the stub for Sumas Mountain (British Columbia) and note that Sumas Mountain, British Columbia is a neighbourhood-article title within Abbotsford; it's every bit as official as Sumas Peak. Sumas Mtn and Sumas Peak may wind up being merged; but if so, then Sumas Peak shoudlbe merged to Sumas Mtn not the other way around.Skookum1 (talk) 15:30, 27 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
