WPMILHIST Assessment[edit]

A helpful list, and seemingly complete. As someone with little knowledge of modern military matters, though, I would find it further helpful if the ranks were wikilinked, at least the first time they appeared. Also, why is the acting Superintendent not the last name on the list? LordAmeth 01:49, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, i will add the wikilinks for the ranks when i get done writing this reply, the reason the (acting) superintendent was on the last name on the list is because he was only acting as the superintendent while a permanent superintendent could be found, therefore he was only an "acting" superintendent. i plan on just removing that since it may be difficult for people to understand.--Joebengo 03:14, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
After further research I found that the reason Charles W. Moore Jr. was (acting) was because of a scandal where as Richard J. Naughton resigned from his job after an inspector general report came our about his abuse towards subordinates. I will look into this more and try to come up with a good few sentences to explain it.--Joebengo 04:59, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
