This appears to be too narrowly defined[edit]

In preparing to copyedit this page I found a reference to the concept in New York State law which appears to predate the Helene Curtis case by sixy years. Could someone with more expertise sort through this? Mangoe (talk) 15:38, 4 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
