Name[edit]

I think the normal practice is to keep the name consistent with actual usage. If there is any clash with another name then the article can be renamed as Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (Egypt) and a disambiguation page set up. Robert Brockway (talk) 23:54, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

18 members or 20?[edit]

Ref 1 says 18 members. The page says 20. Can a complete list not be found? Maj. Gen. Adel Emara is in the news today as a SCAF member, but not a listed name. Dsp13 (talk) 21:59, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Origins[edit]

When exactly was the council formed? The article seems to hint at the council being already in existence long before the revolution, if even largely inactive or meeting only on special occassions, but doesn't explicitly states as such.
