Birthdate[edit]

The birthdate was just changed by User:Thomas100000, can that change be substantiated? --Nuujinn (talk) 17:39, 5 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

So far, I can't substantiate either date, here's what I've found: Age 30 in 1979 Age 25 in 1975 --Nuujinn (talk) 18:24, 5 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The internet offers up no less than three birth years. Screen World, by John Willis is the go to source that I use for actor data and it lists a birth year of 1950. I have referenced a preview that is available in the book and located at amazon.com. WriterWithNoName (talk) 17:11, 24 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Here is a link: Screen World 2000. Susan Blakely
Please look up John A. Willis Screen World is not some coffee table book. It is a film and theater reference guide. It certainly holds up to a higher standard than an IMDB.com bio, or citing an already incorrect wikipedia list. I will continue to defend this resource WriterWithNoName (talk) 20:28, 11 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have contacted Blakely's Publicist for clarification.WriterWithNoName (talk) 20:43, 11 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Are you just thick? References 2, 3 and 5 support a September 7, 1948 birth date. In order to change an existing birth date you need to have cause- and one source, regardless of credibility does not justify a change. Contacting Blakely's Publicist is original research and has no impact on Wikipedia editing. Your reverts are also causing a conflict on the page with year (1950) in infobox/biography, yet left as (1948) year births on the bottom of the page. This is poor editing. I'm reverting back to all (1948) year reference which is the preponderance of evidence.TFBCT1
