Some confusion (descriptive term & company)[edit]

There seems to be some confusion in this article between the Susquehanna boom (descriptive term) and the Susquehanna Boom Co. (company). It would strengthen the article, I think, to make that distinction from the lead on through, and explicitly break out a section on the company. If the primary emphasis of the article is on the boom (descriptive term), then perhaps the article title should be changed to the Susquehanna boom (lower case "b"). Thanks for pointing this out. I will try to work on clarifying this in the next few months, but note that most modern books that talk about this boom refer to it as the "Susquehanna Boom" (see "Down the Susquehanna to the Chesapeake" (2002) by John H. Brubaker or "Williamsport: Boomtown on the Susquehanna Pennsylv(ania" (2003) by Robin Van Auken and Louis E. Hunsinger as two examples available on Google Books).
