Class change[edit]

I am changing the class of this article to C-class. It has enough development, structure, and MOS style-compliance that it has (I feel at least) that it has enough criteria for a long-overdue status upgrade. I feel like that there may be updating needed to some parts of the article, though. (If you are looking for things to improve, that might be one.)
