Oceanian Championship[edit]

The Australian national team claims to have already qualified, yet the FINA web site lists the Oceanian qualification as to be held in June, 2008. Additionally, at the "qualification event", Australia was the only Oceanian team present. Does anyone have any definite information on which piece of information is correct?
