This entry has been deemed to be not notable, however, the company and its technology were very instrumental in the development of signal integrity test, which is an important aspect of high-speed data communications used throughout technology. The technology warranted numerous patents and the company was ultimately purchased by a leading test equipment vendor. The goal is to record this information so that future people interested in the history of signal integrity test and its technology will get the facts correct.

Regarding conflict of interest (COI), anyone who knows these facts can contribute to this page. Knowing the facts will be important to recording the information correctly, and others who are close to the facts may also run the risk of COI, as this author has. But after reading the Wikipedia descriptions of COI, I hope the statements in the article possess no arguable points, and if anyone has any suggestions for places to make the facts appear even more balanced, please describe these and edits will be made.
