Authority reference?[edit]
Right now the taxobox list lists the binomial authority for Syringa tomentella as "I. B. Balfour & W. W. Smith", but according to The Plant List, the author citation for that name is Bureau & Franch and Balfour & Smith is for the synonym Syringa adamiana. Is there a reason why the taxobox lists Balfour & Smith instead of Bureau & Franch? I've added both the relevant papers as further readings. Umimmak (talk) 09:25, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
