It still sounds like an ad - but I don't know how that can be fixed. It would look less like an ad if there were citations. As it is, a lot of it seems hard to believe because one never knows where the "facts" came from. Maxwerx 17:25, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

T3 cover girls[edit]

When did the trend of scantily clad T3 cover girls start? I'm sure that the early UK issues of T3 (1996-1997) didn't have cover girls - readers had to content themselves with hardcore full frontal shots of DVD players instead, similar to What Hi-Fi or Hi-Fi World today. Mind you, that was back in those innocent days when they were trying to attract the geeky Micro Mart or Home Cinema Choice reader instead of the proper naughty "lad mag" aficionado. 217.155.20.163 (talk) 00:55, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Someone should probably mention this: T3 is known for passing around an website that it claimed to have discovered with the "01 Phone", which drew a lot of attention from tech blogs around the world excited about this new product. Eventually it was discovered that the "01 Phone" was nothing but a cheap attempt at quick publicity, created by T3 magazine as a way to draw attention to their magazine. When they used the fake product as their cover, the tech industry fought back and they put up a new message stating they did it for the good of the phone industry.

"sexually repressed nerds"[edit]

This phrase ("sexually repressed nerds") is in quotation marks - is it an actual quote from a member of T3 staff or one of it's critics? If so, the quote is un-sourced. If it is not a quote then it should not be presented as such, and it's probably not the right kind of language for a WP article. --Salimfadhley (talk) 21:46, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
