Improvement ideas[edit]

The article could be improved adding a section about implementation answering questions like

Where has this alogrithm been implemented (which operating systems or special solutions)
What is required to use this algorithm and how is it enabbled? (Support on one endpoint, support on both endpoints, suport on gateways? Protocol negotion between endpoints?)
How commonly is this protocl used on today's internet traffic?
Security issues. e. g. http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-security/cve/2012/CVE-2012-4565.html (This one seems to have nothing to do with the algortihm proper, probably just a programming error, which happened to be in the implementation of this algorithm.)
