Per WP:COMMONNAME, article titles should reflect "the name that is most commonly used (as determined by its prevalence in a significant majority of independent, reliable English-language sources)". A quick search shows 1,190 results for TJ as opposed to just 933 for Timothy. The profile on the official Spurs site that you link to above states that he is "Known as 'TJ'" and refers to him as TJ throughout. Mattythewhite (talk) 18:03, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Support returning to "Timothy Eyoma" per BBC and Soccerbase, which is what we commonly use as references. This player isn't referred to the initials on those websites unlike CJ Hamilton (footballer) or DJ Campbell which I believe those are their common names.
