One of the reasons why this article still has not been rated is because the WPHK community is still trying to reach consensus as to the assessment criteria. However, I have in the mean time, added a {{advert}} tag to notify other editors. Luke! 16:16, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

advert tag[edit]

Re-added the advert tag, it seems to have disappeared somewhere since 2007. This entire article still reads like an ad/press release by TOM Group. As well the TOM-Skype fiasco is entirely missing.
