Fabless Companies

The fabless companies listed are misleading, AMD and Intel are certainly not fabless. If you want to point out the concept of a fabless company that's fine, but if that is the case then Intel and AMD should not be listed. It should be stated that some companies with fabs also use TSMC.--173.53.68.227 (talk) 18:08, 7 June 2009 (UTC)

Revenue figures

I found it curious that TSMC's revenue is 10 times smaller than UMC (United Microelectronics Corporation) and yet UMC is second largest micro-electronics company in Taiwan. Are those revenue figures in both company quoted correctly??

Naming

Image:Tsmc.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
