Restore to FA quality, standardize ref format, etc.

I'm Ling.Nut, who went through the original FAC for this article. I've left it alone for years now because of general discouragement with Wikipedia. But it has been pretty badly mangled over the years, including (for example) massive changes to citation format without consensus on the Talk page. I guess I'm turning my attention here again now. Will standardize refs, restore things not rightfully removed, check everything, remove crap, etc etc etc. It may take months. Cheers. ♦ Lingzhi2 (talk) 08:53, 13 September 2019 (UTC)
