Title vs. Actual Topic[edit]

This article's title is "Tanks in the Cold War", but all it talks about are American tanks in the Cold War period. It has virtually no links, even when Wikipedia has articles about virtually all of the tanks it discusses. It also has no references.Darkstar8799 (talk) 19:35, 17 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Defintiely focussed on US. Article ignores Europe where large Soviet armoured formations were ready for a quick drive to Paris and the tanks chosen to put them off the idea. GraemeLeggett (talk) 10:09, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The Article should be renaimed as US Tanks in the Cold War. After a brief look over the horizon of USA it shows a nearly complete neglect of all tanks but US made.--WerWil (talk) 23:24, 20 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I've tagged it accordingly as needing a wider "worldview". And added a mention of Centurions in Korea. Other obvious omissions are the wars between India and Pakistan and in Middle East. GraemeLeggett (talk) 08:48, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There's already some pretty good articles on Soviet tanks (T-62, T-72, T-80, etc.), maybe a good starting starting point for a more objective point of view? --Seansmccullough (talk) 09:17, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
