Disambiguation[edit]
A recent internet search for the term target circle found no definition, although context suggests it has multiple definitions. The most common usage seems to be in a computer gaming context with a meaning similar to the described firearms application. Another common use appears to be the description of an area (usually geographical, although possibly demographic) to be encompassed by a marketing strategy. I question if the definition of present text is accurate enough for a Wikipedia article. It might be more appropriate for a dictionary entry unless confirming sources can be provided.
