Merge proposal[edit]

I suggest merging this article with tax exile: They're two sides of the same coin. Paul Beardsell 03:46, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tax and legal residence[edit]

In model treaties (UN, US and OECD) they make a distinction between legal residence and tax residence. This article does not make this distinction without using references of any sort. I'll probably come back within a few weeks time and work this out.EECavazos (talk) 20:19, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed legal residence redirected here, but indeed this article didn't talk about it. I instead redirected it to domicile (law) now. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 18:37, 22 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

==WP Tax Class== Start class because this article needs expansion and references.EECavazos (talk) 20:16, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So what is it?[edit]

I saw the reports on Greece offering special status to teleworkers who moved to Greece without having been tax resident there before and wanted to know if a student who studied there was tax resident or not. 213.219.163.52 (talk) 16:38, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
