Merger of Taylor Communications[edit]

Taylor Communications is a subsidiary of the Taylor Corporation. Taylor Communications is not notable enough on its own and the article has multiple issues. Taylor Communications should be streamlined and merged into Taylor Corporation. Minnemeeples (talk) 21:57, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Support per nom, though merger should of course make clear that the Taylor Communications subsidiary specifically began life as the Standard Register Co. - - mathmitch7 (talk/contribs) 13:14, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I've noticed that the entire article about Standard Register Co. has been deleted altogether and linked to the Taylor Corportation article. I cannot find the edit where this specifically happened though I suspect it was somebody from the Corporation. Standard Register Co. is a significant historical company in its own right, with significant contributions to modern society, and deserves a full writeup. There is no shortage of historical documentation on Standard Register Co. Where Standard Register is mentioned in a short blurb on Taylor Corporation's article, there is not even a link to a page about Standard Register. Discontinuation of "Taylor Communications" As a Brand[edit]

Wikipedia should delete the Taylor Communications logo on its Taylor Corporation page, as the company no longer uses the word "Communications" in its logo. The company discontinued the use of Taylor Communications as a brand in 2021. Please refer to company website: taylor.com BrandB2B (talk) 17:49, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
