I'm not sure how this photograph illustrates the subject (Tebay station) and would advocate for its removal, additionally considering its poor technical quality. Was it even taken at the site of the station itself or just somewhere nearby? Tony May (talk) 06:22, 28 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It's not at all appropriate. Articles about a station should have photos that show all or part of the station, or, if none are available, the site of the station. This does neither. We have users who, having a photo, want to get it displayed somewhere, and in so doing ignore WP:NOTREPOSITORY. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 19:14, 28 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Well on this point, I would agree with you user:Redrose64 - thanks for your help removing it which is something I am currently barred from doing. Tony May (talk) 02:18, 29 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It is also, i note in the article Tebay.Tony May (talk) 02:19, 29 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I would also like to highlight your point about "users who, having a photo, want to get it displayed somewhere" - it seems to me that said users want to get it displayed not merely somewhere but everywhere - hence putting it into tangentially related articles.
