Trying to correct the ISO abbreviation[edit]

Anybody want to school a non-expert on correcting ISO 4 abbreviations?

My manual search of the LTWA yields "Technol. Forecast. Soc. Chang." but that fails Wikipedia's test and I get the "(abbreviation) doesn't exist" warning.

Genamics JournalSeek, the NLM Catalog, and the Journal Abbreviation Database all say it should be "Technol Forecast Soc Change". Adding periods to abbreviated words yields "Technol. Forecast. Soc. Change", but that fails.

I also tried other variations on the periods, without luck.
