Merger with "Sound"

Agree: They're the same type of music, simply with a naming difference. In Peru the tecnocumbia tends to be labeled "Chicha music" along with the Andean cumbia ("chicha" being a reference to low-class populism). The terms "sound" or "tropical music" from Chile are also simply naming varieties, important to mention but not of widespread importance to title the article.
