Categories / Structure[edit]

The article, as it is right now, seems to be kind of jumbled. The first paragraphs state that they use AMPS,GSM,TDMA but no mention of UMTS is made; this is mentioned in a later part of an article. While it is somewhat relevant as the 3G network deployment started recently (July 2008), the current article looks like it contradicts itself, as it doesn't list UMTS initially. 148.223.197.98 (talk) 14:58, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Telcel.gif[edit]

Image:Telcel.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Image is perfectly ok to post but read on[edit]

Article appears to be written by Telcel, therefore the image is rightfully theirs to post. However, to invoke the Fair Use rationale is misleading since the article was clearly written by someone with the company.N. Macchiavelli 20:27, 12 June 2009 (UTC)

Biased article[edit]

Anyone notices a biased article? This looks more like a sales pitch than a company description.
