The article currently states that this company uses a multi-level marketing model, and there is a reasonably good supporting ref for this from 2009. Does anybody have any good info as to whether they still operate like this? I've never encountered MLM publicity from them, and a quick google didn't find anything. Their tariffs are sometimes complex, but no more so than other operators in the energy and telecoms sectors, and their charges overall aren't unreasonable. --Ef80 (talk) 14:33, 22 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
