Comments[edit]

I added some external links. This article might benefit from indicating its sources - so often, and not just in Wikipedia, you run across figures that are copied without attribution. WRT the mention of ISPs, the WikiEducator page indicates both 1 and 5, while this article says 3 - without the time right now to figure it out (a reference there is a dead link), there may be a combination of changing information and different criteria for counting. --A12n 13:27, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion between Republic of the Congo and Democratic Republic of the Congo[edit]

The Republic of the Congo must not be confused with the Democratic Republic of the Congo. However the section on Intentional Shutdowns seems to refer to events in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, e.g. to 2011 Democratic Republic of the Congo general election.
