Its part of the newly rebranded Mundys Group (ex Atlantia SpA, ex Autostrade per l'Italia SpA).
Telepass it's is own company, and has subcompanies for:
- Sharing mobility, Train, Ferries, EV Charging, Taxi, Public Transport ( Urbannext S.A. / Urbi App )
- Washing services for Vehicles ( Washout Srl )
- Insurance ( Telepass Assicura Srl )
- App Development ( Telepass Digital, formerly Wisemotions srl )
