Kaisers...[edit]

Kaisers is no more... EDEKA wanted to buy it completely with closing of course some shops... they produce almost everything in their own cheap version, unbelievable what they produce, from lightbulbs (Halogen + LED since the old ineffective 25 to 60 Watt bulbs only convert 3% into light and the rest is heat) over smartphones and own brand product under the more expensive products everyone is selling, I'm a Booster (like Red Bull just very much cheaper, others got something like that too, so I help them, but well, go to Russia for non-capitalism and their methods/payments?! and but the Federal Cartel Office ("Bundeskartellamt") intervened because with all the EDEKA + Netto shops they already have over 40% market share, its crazy what they all kind of stuff, especially in the Edeka "Center(s)",

I have the 2nd largest in Germany around the corner in the heart of Berlin, we are not used to such large shops for food except 2 shops with a limited number, now Kaisers as an agreement is split between the Top 2 players was done. EDEKA-Group got the most, I think over 200, REWE and their cheaper but I think because of that even more important [Penny (supermarket)|Penny] than REWE itself took the rest, and as always a few shops with some thousand poorly paid supermarket jobs were gone and yes... Since things like Booster and all these "own brands" make it more profitable/cheaper to produce as they really offer everything I can imagine with special contracts to larger or Mid-Size Quality companies, sometimes they produce for both Groups at once (chemical things for example). I wonder that Wal-Mart is not making Trillions alone in the US?!

How to write it? Simply it was bought by xyz, but because of the Cartel Office... of simply it was sold to EDEKA and REWE-Group?! I do not know if you prefer in English Wiki (for all articles) more "stub"-like articles or some with more than just a few words... "underpoints" or how you call it,

Greetings and I hope it was not TOO much and too bad English. So far Kilon22 (talk) 12:27, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
