Merge[edit]

The Game Boy article is clearly duplicating information already included in the main (video game) article, hence my merge suggestion. - ThomasHarte 14:47, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mario Tennis series?[edit]

The article classifies this game as part of the Mario Tennis series, which I do not think it should be because Mario plays a small non-playable role, and was the game ever marketed as a Mario game. I can understand it being somewhat of a predecessor to that series, but to fully say it's part of the same series is a bit of a stretch in my opinion.

The "Mario sports games" Navbox lists it as part of the Mario Tennis series, but the article for List of Mario sports games does not, stating "(w)hile Mario appeared in several tennis games preceding it, he first starred as a player in the Virtual Boy game Mario's Tennis..."

I feel as though this should discussed, and a consensus should be reached. - RandomNumbersGuy (talk) 07:48, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
