Terraform merge discussion[edit]

HashiCorp is probably best known for Terraform, its open-source tool for automatically provisioning infrastructure by describing it as code.

I just checked out the Terraform home page, and there's nothing an engineer can use (Venture Capital de rigueur these days, it seems), but then it's still early days (version 0.11).

My vote: give it six months and maybe we avoid an unmerge — MaxEnt 22:16, 7 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Terraform switches to non-Open-Source license[edit]

Terraform (among other Hashicorp products) is not Open Source anymore as of 10 August 2023. Sources:
