Appears Outdated The information within the article refers to 2009 and has no reference to later dates. The link to the Texas Border Watch website is broken and the service is no longer funded. Possible bias - no mention is made of the controversy over mis-spent funds and slowness in the system becoming operational [1].Gerald H -oldeststudent2004- (talk) 22:34, 17 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This gives every appearance of being an advocacy site and is not a notable organization. Adding it as a "similar" link fails the first test of Links normally to be avoided, and may also be considered linkspam.
