Balance[edit]

The original two cases left the impression that Agora was protected by first amendment, but later, more authoritative case provided example of the opposite. For balance, it is critical to include the most recent and relevant case law, not just earlier favourable ones.

To do otherwise would breach neutral POV and treat this page as a slanted marketing effort rather than an accurate summary, the very thing the Court of Appeal decided against. 22:22, 3 February 2014‎ 121.44.63.87
