Set question[edit]

Is the house used in "The Bill Engvall Show" the same house as "Leave It to Beaver"? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.135.170.46 (talk) 03:58, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I highly doubt that the set for "The Bill Engvall Show" was the same house as "Leave It to Beaver." alot of shows from back then the sets were either destroyed or they were put in storage or sent off to museums so I highly doubt that the house in the Bill Engvall show was the same as "Leave It to Beaver."

More Information[edit]

The show just premiered, there should be more information. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.83.216.76 (talk) 20:47, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cancellation?[edit]

Okay, the beginning of the article states that the show was picked up for 10 more episodes (2nd season) on September 4th. But then at the end there's a section on "Cancellation" that states the show is going to be canceled in 2011. I'll do some research and fix it with a good source. Okay, so after a quick double-check of the TBS.com website, the next new episode won't be aired until November. I'm deleting the "Canceled" section until it can be proven. SkittlzAnKomboz 00:36, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I think the show was cancelled because I haven't seen any new episodes in November. But I did hear some rumors that the show is going to be a midseason replacement. But I'm not real sure. chrismaster1 12:53, 14 February 2008
I guess it still is on the air since there's new episodes so I guess that this answers the question about whether or not the series was cancelled. --Chrismaster1 (talk) 03:30, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

HDTV?[edit]

I notice that the first season was 4:3 and 480i while the new season 2 is widescreen and 720P, this should be noted somewhere. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.184.235.117 (talk) 19:32, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Suburban Denver[edit]

Right now the article says "Set in suburban Louisville, Colorado." I was about to question where this "fact" came from, before I found this apparent TV Guide blog from Bill Engvall himself where he describes the show set in "Lewisville [sic], Colorado." Is that the basis for the fact? I remember in one early episode a shot of the building Bill works in with a sign that said "Highland Hills" which I thought could have been a reference to Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District in Federal Heights, Colorado. Does anybody else have a reference where the show is set in Louisville?

One shot airing[edit]

Can someone explain in the article what a 'one shot airing' is to those not familiar with US TV customs. Couldn't find anything on google - it doesn't seem to be a common term. Rayman60 (talk) 13:40, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
