irony?

Why is it "an inescapeable irony" that the protagonist uses violence in the movie? Aren't there droves of such movies/books around? First Blood being the perfect example in this context. "Born Losers" or "The Born Losers"?

authorship?

The credits in the film show Elizabeth James as the scriptwriter and the article refers to her as "co-scriptwriter". However, many other sources refer to Tom Laughlin as the author.
