Untitled[edit]

This needs a disambiguation page, because there's quite a few other uses of it... --69.153.142.144 00:37, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

dodging the inevitable criticism[edit]

I watched this film last night. The similarities to Psycho I've added are patent. No "authority" is needed to verify or justify them. WilliamSommerwerck (talk) 15:09, 6 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect assumption. I have seen both movies and they bear only superficial resemblances shared with movies before and since. The similarities are 1: Both have a blond... Lots of movies have blonds. Not a factor. 2: Both lead to an inn. But in City of the Dead, the town itself is explored and the Inn only serves as the ranging base to explore from. 3: Both have the main character killed off midpoint and then have searchers become the new focus. This is about the only valid similarity between the two. Though multi stage movies have been done before and after. Past these three points the movies are very different in tone and focus. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Omega2064 (talkcontribs) 05:26, 26 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Plot[edit]

The plot is too short and needs to be expanded in more detail.--Paleface Jack (talk) 18:43, 13 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Legacy[edit]

King Diamond is the name of a person, not a band. The correction has been made to reflect this.

King Diamond is _also_ the name of one of his two main bands. Even though it evolved out of a solo project, he considers it a band, and has for decades. Talking about "reforming King Diamond" in 1994 would have a pretty different meaning otherwise. As would calling Andy LaRocque a "permanent member of King Diamond". See King Diamond (band) for details, or Discogs. --157.131.171.92 (talk) 05:33, 27 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright status[edit]

Hi, It was first released in UK, so the UK law should be used, and it is not in the public domain there. Also copyright in USA may be renewed because of URAA. So I removed the category Category:Films in the public domain. Yann (talk) 17:27, 2 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
