Summary[edit]

I have written an extended plot summary for the novel. It would be interesting to add it perhaps some additional historical detail about seventeenth century Amsterdam and its Jewish community during this period. Ivankinsman (talk) 20:19, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Additional critical reception[edit]

There are some review snippets at the author's website.
