Suggested Improvements[edit]

Here are a few improvements that I intend to make to this entry at some point, but I list them here in case somebody else is looking to work on this.

improve the language—it's a bit too casual for Wikipedia
provide a history of how the district came to be and how it's changed
- specifically, how UVa has added retail that competes with Corner merchants
cataloging of some shops
a description of the mix of retail types and residences

A good reference for enhancements would be Coy Barefoot's book, "The Corner: A History of Student Life at the University of Virginia."
