Crew Cuts - Inspiration for SCTV's Five Neat Guys?[edit]

I just wonder if Levy, Candy, Thomas, et al, were inspired by the Crew Cuts, to create their running characters, the Five Neat Guys quintet.

"… drove 600 miles at -40° temperatures…" It's a bit confusing whether it's Fahrenheit or Celsius. … Until now I checked and found that it's the same at -40. First confusing but then very funny. --JonValkenberg (talk) 19:52, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
