I think this article should be slightly slimmed down and merged into the Da Vinci Code film specifically here [1]. This article seems to be exactly what that section of the article is looking for. Yanksox 15:09, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm the original author of this section from the The Da Vinci Code (film) article. Someone transferred it from there and created a new article. I don't want to trim this down; I had a hard time finding the sources regarding this article. It is a really a hard work for me and it will go to waste if it will be slimmed down. I think that The Da Vinci Code (film) article is already beyond the recommended article size, so we can no longer merge it there. I propose that The Da Vinci Code (film)#Reactions_to_the_film should have a new article together with this one (The Da Vinci Code in the Philippines). Regarding the R-18 Rating[edit]

In the article it said that those resctricted were "over 18 years of age." I thought that explanation was wrong... shouldn't it be "restricted to those under 18 years of age" not over? Controversy[edit]

Gotta love that THIS is the film that caused controversy in the good ol 'Pinas (my favorite country that I've ever visited). Considering that so many little Pinoy children sit around all day watching the most horrible, sadistic slasher films, this movie might actually be a step up.
