I made a few edits to this page - mostly spelling, grammar and sentence structure - but I also made a few edits to remove bias. The views espoused by the author(s) of this piece would be helpful for Wikipedia article, but they need to be referenced and presented in a section of the article which discusses public perception of the Act, rather than being presented in the main explanatory section.
