Real crime to label this work as a "crime novel"[edit]

@Kevinalewis: For several years this article's infobox described it as a crime novel. No reference was given to bolster the label. Its presence violated NPOV and OR: it was definitely the POV of its editor, who perhaps read the novel, and concluded that its subject was crime—hence OR. Much of the article, indeed, lacks proper reference. However, I've read the book, and Mr. Puzo's description of it in The Godfather Papers and Other Confessions. While I no longer own that excellent book, I can report that Puzo spoke highly of The Fortunate Pilgrim in 1972, and that he ruefully recounted that its publisher admonished him for not including more true crime in 'the Pilgrim," given the runaway success of The Godfather.
