film adaptation[edit]

according to Agnieszka Holland, the directer of In Darkness, she didn't knew about this book and the location of Krystyna Chiger while making the film. only after the shooting was completed, she read it in the polish translation.

i think their script was based on a previous book on this story, called: In the Sewers of Lvov: A Heroic Story of Survival from the Holocaust by Robert Marshall, NY 1991. נייגעריגער (talk) 18:05, 31 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
