Sources suggest Pharrell Williams is the narrotor. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/lists/grinch-cast-meet-famous-voice-actors-1152452/item/grinch-benedict-cumberbatch-1152458 dated 2018-09-11 and other cast listed too. All about the sources. Full plot[edit]
